The Rape of America

Before I get to the video…In my new book, I’m Nobody. Who Are You? Can We Save the World? I mention briefly how my diet change literally changed my life at the beginning of 2021. From debilitating stress and anxiety to energy and resolve, the carnivore diet with lots of saturated fat transformed me into a new man. I am not overstating this. From my book:

Before the diet, thinking and reading about politics, about the vaccines, the border crisis and the like depressed the hell out of me. When I got up in the morning, I looked forward to going to bed. It was a hard way to live and though I never seriously considered suicide, I remember thinking, “I cannot go on this way.”

But once the diet kicked in, my anxiety, my stress and my depression turned into anger about what is happening in our country and the world.

There are so many lies that have been revealed the last three years. The biggest one to date is that the vaccines are safe and effective. They’re not and it is becoming more apparent that they are not. The same mechanisms used in the vaccine propaganda started being used with regard to our diets about a hundred years ago and it has escalated until today: censorship, lies, bribes, etc.

The “approved” diets are not healthy. Neither are the drugs the diet-induced ailments require. I highly recommend this video…

The Oiling of America

The video is 2 hours long, but is instructive on how the totalitarian machine (or who she calls, the Diet Dictocrats) implemented their draconian diet for Americans.

In a nutshell, animal fats, beef, cream, butter and eggs are good and what we’ve eaten for centuries. This is an optimal diet.

The diet pushed after 1921 got rid of most of this and recommended oils, cereals, fish, chicken and vegetables. This is an oversimplification, but general enough for you to get the idea.

  • 1921 – First recorded Myocardial Infarction (heart attack)
  • 1930 – 3,000 US deaths from Myocardial Infarction
  • 1960- 500,000 US deaths from Myocardial Infarction

2 Theories (simplified)

  • Getting away from animal fats is the problem
  • Animal fats causing high cholesterol is the problem (Lipid Hypothesis)

In 1936 the high cholesterol theory was disproven. It had no correlation with sudden deaths from heart attacks

The American Heart Association

They pushed non-saturated fat diets.

The way these bad diets were pushed upon the American people follows a similar pattern to how the vaccines have been pushed worldwide today.

And it goes on….if you have been following the propaganda of the vaccines you can easily guess how this all went down.
