Human Resources is Frustrated: More Leaked Emails

Sir,

I’ve resigned myself to the fact that you want to hire The Orderly. I am doing my best to make this work, but he says he will not, under any circumstances, get vaccinated. His exact word was, “No.” We can live with that. The Inmate is not vaccinated either. I told The Orderly we want him to wear a mask. “No.”

I told him he could work remotely…he’s just a cartoonist, he doesn’t need to be here. Strangely enough, he offered an explanation when he explained he wants to work here. He said, “No, I think I’ll work on site. I expect I could get a lot of good material working at a place like this.”

I don’t even know what he meant by that. It almost sounded like a complement, like we could be inspiring to him. It was the first time I thought, well, maybe he’s not so bad.

In any case, it does appear that he probably won’t do anything we ask of him, except draw a few crappy cartoons.

I will draw up the paperwork if this is the direction you still want to go.
